I have worked with Ms. Grillo on several real estate projects. They have ranged from sales and purchases of personal homes to investment properties. I have found her to have an incredible knowledge and grasp of Charlotte real estate. Her knowledge range from the “up and coming areas” where one can make sound investment purchases or where first time buyers can take advantage of the coming appreciation to the established areas where families can settle in for the long term. She can quickly discern the right house/investment property for each person and is able to honestly list out the advantages and disadvantages of each property. Additionally, Ms. Grillo has a fair grasp of architectural concepts and, along with her creativity, can give a buyer multiple ideas of the possibilities of a particular site. I have found her to be exceptionally responsive/available and “sweats the details” of every venture. Real estate isn’t just a job to this woman; it’s a career and lifestyle.
