I am Elizabeth Grillo, the owner and broker of EG Real Estate Consultants offering over 30 years experience in Real Estate Sales, Investment and Design in the Charlotte Region. My experience is real world. After decades as an investor and renovator gaining valuable experience in all aspects of construction, I went on to be a top producing agent. I then owned my own firms and successfully trained my agents to be ethical high producers while still focused on my own clients. Licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina and a resident of both states, I am deeply vested in community.  In North Carolina I represent buyers and sellers in areas like Center City Charlotte, Myers Park, NoDa, Dilworth, South Park, Ballantyne and Lake Norman. In South Carolina, my focus has been along the 77 corridor in Rock Hill, Fort Mill and Lancaster all the way to Columbia. Growing up in a Real Estate family means I have excellent instincts. After 34 moves I am now a Myers Park neighbor since 2007. I focus on creating strong real estate values for my neighbors and my community through the execution of creative strategies, auspicious marketing and good design. Does it sound like more than what a normal Realtor does ? That's because it is.

Although successful, my career has never been about my own numbers. It's alway been about long term relationships, the client experience and your bottom line. Am I aggressive? With a background as an urban pioneer my clients benefit because I am usually "there first". My history is all about discovering and developing value in areas before they reach their potential or finding the diamond in the rough. I often sell a home at top dollar with just a tweek when it previously sat on the market unnoticed and always work to make my listings shine a bit brighter. I lived and worked in Charlotte communities like Dilworth, NoDa and Midwood while they were emerging and helped to create value for other homeowners, builders and the communities in residential and commercial development. That expertise now stretches across the region. My clients also rely on me to consult and or design their plans from staging to renovations, new construction and communities before the shovel or the first dollar is spent. This service can also be hired independently from brokerage.   

I am a Realtor®, Designer and Developer in the CLT but I am also a Neighbor and a Farmer experienced in recreational and agricultural properties. With my husband, who is a Charlotte Native and a 45 year veteran in commercial, retail and industrial real estate, we run a small agricultural and sporting property. It is our passion and our joy but it also induces a fierce sense of responsibility toward intelligent and sustainable development.
